Day 17 update

Walking and talking that’s the order of the day today…!!!

They are all up and about, walking around and when Lilly has finished feeding them and leaves the whelping box they start “Barking” just a little high pitched bark, but all the same a bark.

They are also all putting on between 3 or 5oz a day, here are the new weights.

Day 17:

Play is also a major feature now. They are coming up to each other and chewing each other’s ears and bottom jaws with their little teeth, nothing harmful just playful. You can now tell which dogs are the dominant/pack leaders. Mr. Orange will go anywhere and do anything; he likes to be played with and will come up to you when you talk into the whelping box to be handled. He will also lie on his back, which is a sign of a comfortable dog with humans if they lie on the back and let you tickle their tummies.

Ms. Purple is also very comfortable with handing, she like to be picked up and snuggles into your shoulder when brought up to your chin. Mr. Green is a very long/big dog and when you pick him up you can feel how strong he is.

Red is another big dog, and Blue has a wonderful group of markings, his nose is still very white it has not started turning dark yet.
